How's vonage?

hi...i'm just curious if some of mylotter here are Vonage subscribers? I used to hear a lot of complaints about them and i'm curious of how is it working lately..did it improved its services already?

I had Vonage service at a condo I rented last summer. I loved it and didn't experience any problems.
We are only using cell phones right now, but when I have a little bit more money I want to purchase the system.

that's nice to know you're happy with the service... i used to work as a customer assistant for them a year ago..and i have to quit due to health issues.. =)
