"Ok If I say sorry will you smile" this is the words he said to me then suddenly all my tears turn into smile. He broke my cellphone because he is mad at me then he did not speak at all and I start crying for half an hour he was just right there looking into my broken cellphone, then he looked at me and say those words. I don't why I did smile and start to laugh after he said that. Is it I'm happy that he is no longer mad at me or I'm happy because he learn how to apologized for the first time. I don't care about my cellphone anymore I'm just feeling glad for just he said. I know it's strange or weird but could sorry will make you smile too?

when someone hurt us, and they can admit to thier faults or mistakes, and say sorry it feels good to see that we mean that much to them for them to own up.

most of the times when someone say sorry tome,it makes me smile too. i guess him learning to apologize it the reason that that particular sorry made you smile.me, i smile when someone sincere tells me that he or she is sorry.i do this because hearing someone say sorry makes me happy. aside from that meaning that i am right (and i like it when i'm right), it means that that person is being humble to you and accepting that he or she has made a mistake and isn't letting pride get in the way. so yeah, hearing sorry makes me smile. maybe it's also because i say it too when i know that i'm wrong.

Not really, it depends how sincere the person was,and one thing more, I don't tolerate a person that capable of destroying things when they are mad, specially when the things are not belong to them. that action represent something and that was not a good sign of educated people. I Hope that no minor saw what he did.You better teach that person a good lesson, because for sure, that person will do that bad action again and again.

I have always considered " SORRY" , "PLEASE" and "THANK YOU" as the dominant arsenal in the vocabulary of a polite and considerate person.. these words are all together too powerful in commission and omission.
