In the grips of REVENGE

Have you ever felt an urge to get revenge on someone? It's a horrible feeling to feel but it's even worse if you carry out your thoughts or plans of revenge. How bad would someone have to hurt you to feel this way? or to carry it out?
I have an ex friend who I still don't even know why I was friends with her. She is a very twisted individual. She is almost stalking me. But she says that she hates me. She has just said and done so many crazy things to me, my family and whole group of friends. I have thought many plots of revenge. But revenge is not something I believe in. I think karma and fate will take care of the evil. Things will balance out..basically she will get hers. What is your view on this. How much would it take you to take that eye for an eye?

it sounds serious. i never had an experience like that. i guess, the best thing to do is not wasting your own precious time to some nasty person like that. considering the consequence first. not hurting your further more is the first priority.

That is so true, easy to say hard to do. I say I will walk away, but it's hard when you turn around and even then they are still poking you in the back. But I am definitely trying. Thanks.

I think that life is too short to waste time on petty people.I think that, as long as they are not damaging other people, or other peoples things the let them alone and then they will leave you alone.In the past i use to get pay back some how,but i have things here that i have to sort that are alot more important than them.

Okay but what if they are or have damaged people or things? I mean she has tried to do major damage in my life but we made it past it. But other people, I feel like they didn't deserve at all what she did. Made one of my friends loose their nursing job, told secrets of others from when we were friends, destroyed the only pics my friend had of her daughters first birthday, the list just goes on. I hope Karma takes care of her soon cause she has pissed a lot of people off.
I am trying to do what's right and just let it go, guess that's why I needed to vent.

If she's stalking you, I would get an order of protection against her. I don't generally go for revenge. But that would probably change if someon killed a member of my family in cold blood or raped a relitive of mine, but I would still get my revenge through the justice system. At least I hope I would.
