the best friend around everyone just seek on it

I'm 17 and i have never had a best friend, or even what you might consider a close friend. I don't know if it's different for people that do have close friends but i rarely get lonely. Birdie

Yes, it is true we have best friends...but life change...

hmm.. i have best friends but i don't get sad whenever we're not together. the thing is, we can't be together. we study in different places and meet only ones or twice a year. let's say we've conditioned ourselves to be content with that setting. but separation has made me realize a few things about our friendship. i have 2 very close friends (or we may call them best friends yeah), and we've been together since grade school. but distance has made me realize that i have almost nothing, or maybe nothing at all, in common with one of them. maybe that's why i never miss her. *sigh*

I'm sure everyone makes best friends in their life time. I've had a few. But I don't feel lonely when they are not around. Maybe because now I have a family of my own to take care of, and I don't have the time to spend with my best friend like I used to before I had my own family.
