Sleeping time

So little time, so many things to do... Since there are many things to do, our sleeping time is being affected. Especially those who work in shifting schedules, far away from home. During those times when I am still working, I only spent 3 to 5 hours of sleep. Now that I am a work-at-home mom, I still do the same because I have to prepare food for my children and their things when there are classes. Although, the stressful workplace became different now, I can't have enough sleep to rejuvenate my youth.. Lol.. Anyway, how about you, how many hours do you spend time sleeping?

I only spend 5 hours of sleeping, sometimes 6 and 4. 5 hours is my average hours of sleep. I sleep at 1am,because at home I watch television while writing my draft on reviews. And I have to wake up at 5 or 6pm to prepare myself at work at 8am. When I went home everyday it is already 9pm and sometimes 10pm. As much as I am tired and I want to rest, i have to still write a draft to submit tomorrow. I have no choice since that is my life right now. As we get older or at the age of 25 to 40, we hardly can get enough sleep, except when we are discipline kind of people. I am not discipline so i get a 5 hours average sleep.

Hi, there! Thanks for your comment. I think the ideal 8 hours of sleep is only achieved by the children nowadays. Whenever I get to sleep more than my average sleeping time, I feel very sick and laziness overcomes me.

I also experienced severe migraine in the morning if I slept in excess of 8 hours.
