Internet's Back!

Okay so my post is a bit delayed since I lost my connection two days ago. Anyway, it's actually my sister's fault. She bought a new phone and thought that there's something wrong with our router because she can't connect access the internet with her phone. So she pushed the reset button behind the router and of course that restored the factory setting of the router (way to go genius). I'm using a laptop so I can't connect to the internet because the router's down. I practically did some troubleshooting the whole day just to reconfigure it. Anyway, I managed to up the internet again. I thought it was ok to not have an internet connection at first. I have installed a lot of games in my laptop which would keep me busy until my sister comes home to fix the problem. But I found out that I really can't live on games alone. I have responded to various discussions here in mylot which were about living without internet. I always say that I can probably because I haven't experienced it. But because of what happened, I realized that I can't live without having an internet connection. It's a little exaggerated but hey, it's really what I felt. How 'bout you guys? Have you ever experienced the loss of internet? How did you feel? Can you sympathize with me? lol.

I know how you feel, but mine's a bit worse than that as I had no internet for almost a week! My computer crashed and my husband was out of town and brought the laptop with him. And he wouldn't let anybody else touch our computer because he says he can fix it himself when he comes back. Sooo, here I was at home, stuck with a busted computer. yey Told my husband the next time the computer crashes and he's not home to fix it, it's gonna go out the window. lol

Wow! Tell him you're suffering without the computer and you want someone to fix it if he's gone.

But that's just it, my husband is a computer technician That's why he feels that he HAD to be the one to fix it

Hi there Jerik James! Sorry to hear that but glad that you're back in the net and here in Mylot. Well, I can survive without internet since I have experienced having no electricity for almost a month and that I know, is what I totally cannot live without.

Oh I remember the black out! Thankfully though, power was out in our place for only a day.
