I sometimes notice people gets interested at peeking somebody else's texting activity..And there was a time I saw a man peeking at the woman beside him who was actively texting,,and then suddenly laughed discreetly..oh how curious he was!

may i ask do they know each other?i wonder why some people specially in jeepneys, really peek on those who used to text on others.sometimes i admit,i do the same.with my siblings,if i happen to be beside them hen they are texting,i get curious to peek with what they are texting. i just remember,my cousins used to be here in our house and even peek on what i'm typing when i am chatting with online friends, sometimes i find it uncomfortable really cause we are not that close, and what if i had said or typed something secret that only me and my chatmate knew..lol! i think it's like eavesdropping as well.and there are times,it's not really right to eavesdrop right?

haha, actually,i don't know your husband.but yeah,it doesn't feel comfortable when they want to peek on what we are typing or texting.we just have to be ourselves.i think if you are open to each other, there's nothing wrong if they see what you are typing.but of course, there are still moments of hiding something.it's like we are not ready to open up things with them.so we avoid to let them see what we are typing or texting.we also need space for ourselves right?i hope they do understand that. when you are in a public place, and people used to peek,it doesn't feel comfortable, really.i guess for sometime it's like they are copying from us,like having exams and we just have to cover our own bodies to keep our papers from cheaters.haha

yep annavi, it is like eavesdropping..and gossip I guess. Why do they have to know what a person is typing, are they concerned? I also experience that when I was still renting on a cafe shop to chat and surf..It was really very uncomfortable and it gets me out of my mood to extend my time. I hate it really. They can mind their own business right? why should they mind mine? Well you know my husband does that to me sometimes. reading and seeing who i'm chatting with. Good thing i've got nothing to hide.. =)

To be honest with you i do not see the point in looking what people are texting,as i think that what ever they are texting is their own private text.I think that if i caught someone trying to look at a text that i was doing then i would ask them if they would like to finish the text for me,so that way they would know never to look again.

I really think that its impolite to peek at someones private text messages... but even if I will attempt to peek , I think I won't be able to read anything... And even if I do read the lines.. most likely its not about me..

Hi incus, Yes it is very impolite to peek at someone else's business. I don't know why there are people like that.. Maybe they get bored or something.. =)

Hi. There are people who are really like that, cannot mind their own thing. But not a problem though as long as she/he does not peek on me when its me who is the texting. I can honestly say that i have not done this in my entire life because i am a person who would not want to be done something like that in return also. Peek on others as many times as you wish, i won't mind at all if i'd see you. If it happens to be a friend or somebody special to me and then I would like to know something that is related to texting, its easier to ask than to peek.

Hi phat_navy, Thanks for your response..Me too, if I happen to see that another person is peeking on what I am texting, then I'll speak to him or her and frankly offer him if he wants to read everything. hehehe,..It will surely irritate me. But I think that won't happen to me because I really avoid texting when I'm on the road and travelling. I always keep my phone and read messages when in a safer place. In that way, I'm not just protected from any peekers, but also from robbers..
