Are humans part of nature?

If we are then everything we make or do is natural. Processing food, putting them in cans, adding preservatives, additives, flavoring, and many more are just natural. Am I wrong? Or maybe we aren't part of nature.

Humans are natural. Everything we do is classed as man made but you can look at it as natural in a weird way because we are natural. eg adding preservatives to food isn't classed as natural because the food doesn't normally have preservatives in it. Hence being classed as being man made.

OK, if its man made its not natural? then how come anthills are natural if ants build them? So human babies are not natural since they are man made and we put preservatives on them like vaccines and stuff?

Anthills are natural because we didn't make them. If things happen without our control then it is natural. Babies are natural but everything else the baby does with his life is man made. Man made is what we do and nature is what we don't do basically.Vaccines are artificial, although the antibodies from the host that made the vaccine is a natural defense to what the scientists infected the animal with. We are born with our own immune system. It's better to be immunised, however your body has natural defences against infection and diseases. Once you get a certain strand of flu you get over it and next time around you dont get sick because you are immuned to the virus. This is how immunisation works they give an animal the disease and take antibodies from that to make a vaccine. We get the vaccine and are immune to the disease before we even get the disease. I still think it is cruel to the animals to make them sick.

So I was right about human babies are not natural because we had control over them like you said. I agree, it is cruel but thanks to the cruelty in the past we are able to improve our medicinal practices.

To me, all living things and non-living things that is not invented or manufactured by human are part of nature. So, things like processed food is definitely not part of nature.

In my opinion people are part of the nature, and we also depend on the nature. It depends on us and we depend on the nature. It is both valid and we can't live without it, so that's why I think we are a part of the nature.... The fact that we aren't valuing the price of the nature, we are making trash and destroying it is really different thing. We are both part of the nature and not part of the nature... It is really complicated, because we should be part of nature by default, but if you think some more time you might "answer" yourself that we aren't part of the nature, just because we aren't saving it and we don't know what is its real value. In my opinion we are still part of the nature. Even all of the reasons, that are against my opinion...
