what should I say scam site or bad site?

some time back I joined this site as usual to check it out whether its a good site or not, whether it fulfills what it promises or not, the site is about providing captcha work and the site name captchawork dot com, and see what I found, whenever I logged in and clicked solve captchas a new screen appear and waiting for captchawork dot com will be message and no images and nothing so now its obvious that this site is not a good one...to work with...

as scam is promising something and not deliverying. You should try and look into residual income sites like hubpages and infobarrel. for upfront payment try Intenseconds dot com or textbroker.
