I do! I have a pesky allergic rhinitis. I'm allergic to dust particles. Whenever I'm exposed to a lot of dust, I easily get a runny nose, my eyes get all watery, and it's hard to concentrate on whatever I'm doing. It really sucks so I always take anti-histamine medicines.

oh. i am so sorry to learn about your allergic condition. James, may I request you to learn about this condition and how to avoid that allergy in a natural way... it is because, if you keep continuing with the anti-histamine medicines .. for long, you will lose your immunity. it is very dangerous. thanks for listening.

i am fortunate/unfortunate not to have any allergy. but, allergy is a natural defense mechanism of a body. if you are exposed to dust or disease causing germs, your body reacts to that situation and blocks your nose, causes your diaphragm to suddenly contract and expand .. triggering sneezing, to eliminate the dust and disease from the nasal passage. similarly, if you eat something not suitable to your body, it responds by triggering an allergy, and causes more disease fighting cells to be generated, along with fever. The next time you are popping up a pill to suppress an allergy, better think twice.
