Customer Relation

If the shopper feels like it was poor service, then it was poor service. We are in the customer perception business. Do want you do so well that they will want to see it again and boring their friends. What is your opinion.

customer is very important ,he is welcome guest ,he is not unwanted s person ,we are happy because he is happy ,if he is sad we will be sad
