noooo...I said doodle not diddle LOL. seriously though, do you doodle? I do. I keep a notebook and pen next to the phone in case I need to write anything down when I get a call, but 90% of that notebook usually ends up filled with drawings of flowers and cows...yes cows. I'm not sure why these are the two things that I draw without consiously thinking about it and wonder if there is a reason for the things we doodle. how about you? If you doodle what do you draw and when do you do it? on the phone, or just when your bored?

Oh yeah definitely! It's fun to doodle especially when you're on the phone to some really boring phone call or when you literally don't have anything else to do an you're extremely bored. I usually doodle shapes, logos, my name and I make a really big mess usually which needs to be thrown away because I don't like people seeing what I doodle incase they think what a freak lol...

LOL my daughter actually came across one of my doodle pages once and left a note on it that said "your a freak" so yeah giving people a glimpse of whats going on in your head isn't always a good thing....

I doodle quite a bit when I am on the phone. I guess my hands have to be busy doing something while i talk. Most of my doodling is simple flower shapes. It's just something to entertain me.

You know, a lot of my doodles really do not make any sense. A lot of the time when I do so, it is just a lot of random lines and circles on the side of a piece of paper. Normally done when I am bored and just need to do something. I tend to doodle a lot when I am sitting here, as the virus scan is run on the computer. Of course, there is a lot of time where it does not make sense. Still, I doubt that I really should be doing anything more complex then a few lines or circles. Not exactly the most artitisically inclined person in the world. Still it does give me something to do every now and again when I am bored out of my mind. So doodling does in fact serve its purpose. It is not my favorite thing to do but hey, something is better than nothing.

I doodle when I'm bored, stressed, or distracted on whatever piece of paper I can find fastest. Usually, I doodle favorite quotes, or random designs. I don't have ANY skill in the art department, so my doodles are nothing impressive, but they do the job of relaxing me.

Oh I would doodle a lot during my time in school whenever I got bored, which was most of the time. LOL. I mostly would write my name in different scripts or just draw flowers or shapes and such. Whatever i would feel like that day. My work would end up being all drawn over by the end of class. I haven't really doodled lately though as I haven't really written anything. I guess I only do it when I'm bored not just as an everyday thing.
