Everywhere I go there are always rude people, and it happens a lot where I work, what's your take on the way people act in public? Or better yet online. I play video games with my friends and we go on xbox live all the time and there's always some rude people on there, always saying racist things, but our opinion of them is they can hide behind their tv/computer/gaming system so they feel they can say whatever they want, but like I said people do this a lot in public too, what's your take on it?

Hi there, As you said, there are alot of rude people online, on video games etc, and theese people (Usually children) believe that they are (As you said) annonymous hiding behind their screen/screen name/ avatar, which makes them believe that they can do what they want and not care about any repercussions. They don't realise that there is a person at the other end of their racial abuse, or whatever abuse that is getting hurt by this! Fortunatly, there is becoming more and more actions you can take against theese people. Just a shame that they have to do it in the first place! But people being rude in public? Wow. It's not nice to see, but usually I just let them go ahead and make a fool of themselves. I'm not usually one to make a scene in public, but depends of what kind of rudeness, for example, if someone was to push in a line I would say excuse me there is a line. No need to be rude back, as it could just be a honest mistake and they didn't see the line or whatever (Yes that does happen!). But like I said, I'm not one to make a scene in public, my dad however will go on shouting at rude people all day, he likes to put those people back in their place, and right he is too ;) Lee.

There really are a lot of rude and inconsiderate people. It could be their own nature or how they were nurtured. Nature and nurture do a lot of effect on a person's attitude. Anyway, maybe we just have to be patient with them. But patience wouldn't solve the problem right? It's sad, but I think we just have to understand them and show them that we're not rude like them.

People in the theaters, both the movie theaters and the regular theater. Don't get me started on how rude these people are. Okay, to those of you who talk in the theater, just stay at home. It's rude to talk through a movie, and I have seen a lot of people doing it, and I don't like it at all. In fact, I can't think of anyone who does? DON'T TALK DURING THE MOVIE! It says on the screens before the movie starts that "Silence is Golden", so why not take the hint? Racism, yeah I am going there because I hear a lot of people using the "N" word and the "C" word referring to Whites in public. Not cool! These words are offensive to everyone, and if your parents and teachers don't like hearing it, do you all seriously think anyone else wants to? There are other words as well, and if we live in 21th Century, and we are a mixed society or very close to it, shouldn't we just put these differences aside. Can we all just admit that no race is perfect and that we all have our flaws? Is name calling really necessary? Sorry, I am ranting now. Next, video games, texting, computers, and iPods everywhere I turn. Depeche Mode has a song called "Enjoy the Silence", and I think that sometimes people just need to learn to enjoy the silence. Twenty years ago, we did not have the technology that we had today, people had to read or just be quiet with their thoughts, they weren't using technology 24/7. Today, it's all over the place and it is distracting. It gets to the point where it looks like people are literally wired into their devices. Again, I don't mean to rant, but this stuff really does get me.

IMO, I think those rude people doesn't have parents. Really, They don't know how to act in a good way with others. And I think these are the situations where people are rude: 1. Your smelly 2. They had problems in family 3. They don't have family 4. They lost something or someone precious 5. They are no in the mood 6. They lost their Jobs 7. They lost in a PC game 8. Their boss did not pay them yet 9. They're late for work 10. Busted by his or her BF/GF 11. He lost his phone 12. Someone is on the hospital 13. He burned a house 14. He sinned 15. he got rickrolled!

yeah your right. i've experienced rude people online and in public. in public, i can better deal with the situation and find out whats the problem. but online its a bit different. people act tuff behind a keyboard of a video game system, but in reality they are not who they proclaim to be. those are the rude people i dislike the most. yes, i definitely have rude people at work. none to me because i keep to my circle of employees who i like. and hardly say anything to the rest. but they are definitely rude to the customers. i just don't understand that. the customers are who make it possible for the employees to get paid. but its their job at risk not mines, so i don't care much lol. good day!

I think that teenager feel cool if they are on the streets with their friends. If they're alone, they'll never do such things they did.

Hello :) Yes, rude and arrogant people are everywhere. I don't know what's wrong, but i know, that a lot of people are selfish, they like themselves so much, that they just don't respect the others. And i can say only one thing - person, who doesn't respect others, can't respect himself too. This is my opinion. :)
