Do you think some day humans might become invincible?

Technology is fast moving but humans still cannot avoid getting old and eventually die. Do you think that some day, someone might invent a medicine/instrument etc to make human invincible? However, i think this might not be happening or it might not be a good thing for the earth. Imagine, if humans cannot die, then the earth will be too crowded with human beings, food supply will not be enough, human ends up jobless and occupying each corner of the earth.... there will be no fun living on earth anymore

i think british scientist invented something that use cameras and projectors to make a object "disappear" well its a start because from what i have read before its big and not portable.

I guess. We can't predict how fast development in the field of science is. In Japan, they're already buildin cyborgs and robots designed for labor. Maybe someday, the injured troops in iraq will be having robot parts as replacement for their injured parts. We'll never know.

Now, scientist still cannot create neurons and hence we are still safe. However if one day those robots you described as above would be provided artificial brains that can think on its own. I think it would be doomsday for human being :p
