Through curiosity I opened the unresolved discussion tab and found some of the discussions I started there. I responded to a comment in one of the discussions I started and submitted it. I tried opening unresolved discussion tab again and it was still there.
Anybody please help me understand what unresolved discussion is and when does it become resolved. I would appreciate it.

The 'unresolved' discussions are those where you have not yet awarded the Best Response (BR).

Thanks for your info. But does this mean we have to aware best response to all comments? Hmmmm....

How do you make the url reference to the FAQ's. I apologize for asking, I'm not as knowledgeable about many computer techniques as others. I do learn from other members suggestions.

kewl now i know what does it means unresolved coz i always encounter that one in here unresolved and unresolved thanks for this.
