If you had to study a new language, which language would you choose?

The internet has truly made the world a smaller place. I have many on line chat buddies from all over the globe. We speak in English, but sometimes, things don't translate well between English and the languages of my buddies. So, speaking another language helps to bridge the gap in communication. So, I would like to know if you had the opportunity to study a new language, which language would you choose?

for me, possibly germany or spanish. just for soccer's sake and other factors.

I would love to learn Spanish. Maybe someday I will take the time and learn.

yes its nice question. I would like to study french language because i heard that french people are very good. They touch your heart. And they are very caring. Thats why i would like to learn french language.
