Call center industry, known as BPO... agents are the life blood of the business. Manpower is this industry's primary asset. Without them, this industry won't be the way we have it right now. These people should definitely be valued the most. Those at the higher level won't even have their salaries without those agents working for them. Their top consideration at the list must be on how these people can be developed, improved and perform well. Now, do you feel valued as an Agent(if you are) from where you work right now?

When I was an agent I feel valued that much because of the perks that our company is giving and the variable pay for top agents in each teams. We are also given recognition and extra pay if we perform at least hitting the targets for the metrics. They have also given us quick promotions within consecutive 3 months of meeting the threshold. Meeting the threshold is a very hard to hit but then we have been set to be the example that they have promoted agents really quick just being consistent. I agree that the upper management should really focus on the welfare of the agents because they are the one who supports the business. I am pretty sure that most of the people who belong there in the top have also experienced being agents before so they should know what these people need.
