I HATE Spiders!!!

I'm with you! I hate spiders too. I think they're creepy. I hate bugs or insects that has legs and crawl or flies!

They come after you because you hate them? Maybe you can pretend to like them and then they will go elsewhere?

I don't know where you live but spiders and ants and such seem to come out when it warms up and go hide when it is cold and wet. I think that when we have a phobia about certain things that we are more sensitive to their existence and then we tend to see them everywhere and they seem to seek us out.

I know that you are going to think I am crazy, but I hate them also. So for some reason I stopped killing them in the house. I just get a glass and a stiff paper scoop them up and dump them outside after asking them to stay out of my house. Of course I don't mess with the really dangerous ones like the black widow or the violin. Those I just spray. But ever since I've been dumping the others outside there are a lot less in the house. I have changed my life and just don't take another's life without due thought. Even a spider or other bug.

I don't like spiders as well. I hate the ones with fat belly or the ones which are fast. If i see them, i just wanna kill them. Although, you really have yourself a stalking spider now!

me too. I don't think my hatred is as deep as yours but I don't like bugs in general. Where we live there are a lot os spiders outside our house. They make webs on the windows and on my sherperds pole that I keep hanging baskets on. I used to sweep them away but they keep coming back so I decided God wants them to be there. I figure they kill the other bugs so they are good to have around. But then they come into the house. I saw one yesterday as a matter of fact. They are the bigger black spiders. Dont know what they're called. I probably see them in my house once a month maybe. One time I was driving to work and one must have been above my drivers side mirror that pulls down. It was hanging there in my face but it was a smaller kind of spider. Still I freaked out trying to get it away from me swerving on the road. It was scary!! Luckily I didn't hit anyone.

lol I don't like spiders either. I don't mind the grand daddy long legs though. I've always heard good things about them so I won't harm one. What I have heard is...they are good luck to have in and around your home. The eat way more than their weight everyday in bugs and pests. They will tell you where the children are if you ask them. Granny said if the grand daddy is on the house or outside where he can see around him and the property that when she was looking for the children she would ask him where they are and he would lift up a leg in the direction they had went. Other spiders I will get rid of or kill although I don't feel good killing anything even a spider just because I don't like them.

Hmm...the spiders want to make friends with you? I agree they are irritating and sometimes, intimidating. But if we don't provoke them or what, they can be friendly, despite their freaking eight eyes and eight legs!

I have a general rule about all living things - live and let live ... until you trespass in my living space, and then all bets are off. I don't like spiders, but I do know that they serve a very useful purpose in nature. Therefore, I used to let them be, even if they were inside the house, as long as they did not bother me by moving around too much in my general area. I found out that my little one is allergic to regular spider bites, however, so now I will kill them if they are anywhere in the house. Also, we are moving to an area that is pretty much infested with poisonous spiders, and that is really making me nervous. I have checked into it, and there are not many cases of spider bites each year, and nobody there seems to be bothered much by the poisonous spiders, so I guess that it really might not be that big of a deal. Still, when you are scared of something and then find out that it actually could kill you, I think it makes sense to be more cautious.

I'm with you! Spiders freak me out!Doesn't it seem like spiders know who just to go for? The spiders can stay with Little Miss Muffet. What's really scary is that one of my favorite movies is Arachnophobia!!

Okay they are ugly and they creep me out, especially the black ones. But being a science student, I KNOW the advantages of spiders and their importance for the ecosystem. They help in reducing the number of different venomous insects, which is one of the advantages among several others. So ZERO votes for how they look, and 10/10 for the work they do.

I hate spiders too, I'm way scared of them. They just creep me out, I try to kill them when I see them. I just don't like them. I'm agoraphobic and I'll admit it.

uuughh! i hate those creepy crawlers! i them more than i hate cockroaches! it's just scaaaaaaary! they usually hangout inside our bathroom and i just freeze every time i see one. i don't kill it though... i just use the other bathroom. :)

me too. i have a friend in the office who brought a spider and they all started with me so then they already know what frightens me. i freak out whenever i see insects or whatever you call them crawling. i super hate it..

Hi minx! I'm with you! Ewwww! I am just plain terrified and creeped out by all kinds of bugs! And I also feel like the spiders are "following" me too and I don't like it one bit!lol But, they say that they are "good bugs" because they kill the other bugs by eating them! Again, ewwwwww!

me too, i hate spiders especially big ones... they look creepy and waaah...

Hi Minx!. I don't like it either recently I found one of them making spider net in my tomato plant. I afraid of them so I had to call my dad to get rid of it. Whats the most I don't like about them you can find them in most unexpected place like in the corner of your closet and drawer. I live in tropical country so I can see them every were, luckily most of them not poisonous.

why you hate spider .. are you get beat once or you just dont like the shape spider and if you hate why you wacth movie spider ..man ?????
