Have You Ever Shared Jesus with Some One and They Laughed at You

"For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing ,but to us that are being saved it is the power of God " 1 Corinthians 1 : 18 NIV Have you ever tried to share the gospel of Jesus and the meaning of the cross with an unbeliever only to have them laugh at you and call you a fool. I have. Many times . They refuse to believe When that happens ,do not try to force it on them. They will just grow stronger in their fight against it. Just leave the rest to Jesus and know you have tried your best May the sunshine of Gods love bless you today and every day

I think every Christian has this experience. I used to share the gospel when I was a 'fresh' follower of Jesus. I didn't feel ashamed when my friends laughed at me. Actually, it seems to me that all unbeliever, atheists must have laughed at Christians. But now, being a Christian for more than ten years, I have forgotten the mission of every Christian and left this to the pastors. Thank you for reminding me about this. God Bless.

When my friend first share to me Jesus Christ I laughed at her. But she's very persistent in inviting me to her church. She never gave up until I received Jesus in my life. Right now I'm a pastor's wife and serving in the ministry full time. I thank my friend for not giving up on me during those time. Now I'm reaping the reward of a life surrendered to God.

The bad thing is I haven't shared about Jesus at all. tsk tsk. I am really frustrated about this. I am very very very shy, ever since I was child I always have been so shy already, that is why it's hard for me to share. But I have tried praying for a friend though and I know God moves tremendously in that persons life.

Hi, Though I am not a Christian, but this happens to me all the time. I used to be excessively spiritual. I was so immersed in these thoughts that even when I was with friends, only holy words were pronounced. This made me a spoilsport to them. It's because of this obsession that I slowly became a loner. When people used to mock at holy stuffs I felt hurt, though I rarely protested. I had friends whom I had to give up just to stay with my best friend, God. Thanks. God bless you
