Could you imagine a life without friends?

I think I could definitely live without friends. I only have one true friend and I talk to her about once every 2 to 3 months and I'm perfectly fine with that. I think friendship is truly overrated in terms of finding that one true BFF, but associates come and go. I have always been a loner and have always pretty much kept to myself, so having friends was never a big issue for me because life goes on with or without them..

I think it's possible, but I think you'd be horribly lonely. My friends are terribly important to me. I bounce ideas off them and use as material. My good friends make me both a better writer and a better person.

Personally I feel a life without friends is a pretty lonely one. But figuratively speaking I am down on my luck financially and there is not a friend in site to even check on me to see if I am alright. So it is pretty lonely these days, but it does give me a sense that they were not as true fiends as I thought. I am not a waiting for help, just maybe a call, text and or email to see if I am okay. That's all

As saying goes, "No man is an island". I really don't think a person does not have any friends in his lifetime. It is like a personal decision to be completely alone at a certain point in time. But you could be happy living alone if that is one's choice. I can't live without friends. I need someone to relate to.

There is a saying that "No man is an island". I agree to that saying and I can see that we really need each others' company in order for us to live. We might not have a lot of friends but then again we still have some. Whether we consider ourselves as a total loner, we will still be able to need a few people for us to live. there will be our neighbors, fellow co-workers, parents, family members and classmates that we will have to interact with so we still need other people then. So we should be able to have lots of friends and mingle with them. If we live without friends then our lives will be miserable.
