Have you ever worn braces?

I wanted braces when I was in high school. I did not like my over bite I have. I have a friend regina. She really needed braces in her mouth. Her teeth hand over her bottom lip. Now I think I would not want them. People say they hurt when you have to adjust them......Have a great day!

Hi, I have braces now.. Actually it was my dream since childhood to have braces dince I found them very attractive and My teeth is definitely overcrowded..
but now, i have them and thankful that i have actually got them with me :)
though they hurt, they give me more confidence when i smile :)

Hi. Linda4ualways. Yes. I have worn braces. I wore them for three years. I was so happy when I got them off. Now I will have to wear them again too. I could not stand wearing the metal brackets. I made sure that I changed my bracket color to clear. I did not want to have braces the color or metal on my mouth.

I am sure the smile is better tahn before and it is all worth it. I think my friend would need to wear them longer than three years.

I never worn braces. I don't think it is good in my eyes so I never thought of having those braces. happy mylotting!

I would think you don't need them either. If I did I would have got them when I was much younger.

hi Linda4ualways! I wear braces for 3 years to correct my bite. Yes you are correct it is really painful. I can only eat soft foods, I cannot chew nor bite because it really hurt when food touches my teeth. But the result is worth sacrificing for.You can have your dentist check if you need braces or not.

I hear those plastic braces are the best of them all. I have a son whos friend has them and you don't know he is wearing them.
