I think we all have it in us to murder someone. It depends on the type of murder. I would never want to do this to another human being. I think there are times when we have to do what we have to do. Like if someone breaks in our home to hurt our loved ones. I know it would be something like this to make me lose it and really do damage to someone. I turn in to a bear when you mess with my kids.......Have a blessed day!

Hi... If you are asking me if i can murder some.... my answer is a big NO!!! Why,,, because first of all, I know it is bad and it is a big sin before God. He said, Do not murder. Second, I know that I have no authority to end one's life. Third, I have a lot of dreams, desires to fulfill...If I will do that, I will be in jail.

Yes, I do. There's always this devil in us whereby it keeps tempting us to do evil things to quench our thirst for revenge be it for ourself or feeling sad for others. Everybody has got a violent streak and it takes different level of emotions or doings to trigger it. Murdering someone might be too extreme though but it's still possible in the moment of heat. I have imgaines myself being a murderer, but the thoughts of after the murder sends shivers down my spine. I will be thinking if I'm able to live my life as normal? How do I feel? Will I get addicted over it and many more!!

hi linda4ualways I do not think I could murder anyone unless I was actually being attacked and waS trying to save my own life,or the person was trying to kill my adult son, then I am sure I would do something but what I do not know now. I am not the killer type, I love peace and tranquility myself.

Murder means killing someone with an intention. If you plan to kill someone that is Murder. And I think you are wrong when you said "we all have it in us to murder someone". Not all people can murder someone, but the capability to kill someone is in every one of us. There is a big difference between murder and homicide. Everybody can do a homicide, but not murder. If someone is trying to kill/hurt you or your love one, well of course your first reaction is to protect yourself/love ones. In this situation, a person may resort to killing his attacker before or even during the attack. And this is homicide not murder.

I don't think I could murder just anybody. Thats just evil in my opinion. As one mylotter stated, you never know what it take for a person to snap. I actually use to watch the tv series "snapped" As for me, if someone did hurt or harm to my family. i would first want justice, than i'll put the rest in God hands. Just by killing that person who hurt a friend or family member won't bring them back, so its no justice in that. plus you get to spend the rest of your life in jail. whats the honor in that? happy mylotting!

I would avoid killing at all cost. I would defend myself against an attack but I would not purposely murder someone. If I was in prison and everyone can get away with murder there then I would murder someone who messed with me if it means encouraging others not to mess with me.

Murder? Of course I will not do that. But if I need to kill to protect myself and my beloved ones and I have no other choices then I would do. Of course that kind of killing is different from murder. Murder is a killing done purposely and planned.

I could never murder anyone just like that. I agree with you Linda, I would hurt someone pretty bad if they were to try an cause bodily harm to any of my family members. I watch those investigation ID and forensic files shows all the time and you see people killing one another for money, over a woman, or man, jealousy an a wide variety of other things. But they're all sensless acts. I don't have in me. I could never live with myself of taking someones life on my mind and heart. Thank You and God Bless...

That is a good question Linda4ualways. Myself no I couldn't just set out to murder someone for whatever reasons. If someone broke in to hurt my family, Oh I would hurt them so they couldn't get up until the police got there to take them away. I do have what I call my "people stabilizer" by the door. A nice heavy wooden bat at each door. I also have something near me in my room.. ya never know. They will do the job to do some hurting. To kill another person that isn't me. Yet, I know some that wouldn't hesitate. Still wonder if the situation becomes to that point, I do wonder what I would do.

That actually never came to my thought, I am not really planning to murder anyone. But for instance like incidents that you need to save your life against criminals. I would really save my life and life of family and love one's. If I would have the chance to save them, if that is takes to kill someone or somebody I would go for it.

No I don't think I could take a person's life. Of course it would be a different thing if like what you said, your family's safety is compromised. I could surely kill a person who hurts my family in any way. But aside from that, I couldn't even hurt someone. And even if it already makes me guilty when I lose my temper at someone and that made me shout at him/her. Anyway, I think we all the right to live, and taking someone's life is outrightly stripping him off his right to live and enjoy life. But if like I said, you've been put in a situation where our family's right to live is compromised, it's only logical to protect them even if it means taking the right to live of the the one who threatens them.

I would answer I couldn't. Because me, myself I couldn't afford to kill. But If needed, depending on the situation. For example self defense, he/she try to murder me so I'll harm them and if they got killed I don't think that is my fault. They are the bad ones anyway..Happy Posting mylotters. "Carpe Diem" :P

I'm with you. I don't think I could just kill someone in cold blood , but if it was self defence, to protect my country, or just protect my loved ones I could do it without thinking twice about it.

You never know what it takes for someone to snap. I worked in the Army during Viet Nam at Walter Reed on the Closed Psych Ward. Trust me I was a young girl as I entered the army the day after I turned 18. I had been a nurses aide for 3 years prior to entering the army Nothing prepared a young person for what we saw and hear the horror stories we were told or had to tell ourselves. But I helped many personnel so I can honestly say I am proud of having served and learning to accept what I needed to for a very rough period in our History.
