Did you ever had this in your life? Falling in love with your best friend? Or a close friend? Is it bound to happen because of the closeness? Is it advisable to even entertain the feeling? Is it worth is?

I actually experienced it first often, coincidentally one of my natures is easy to make friends, and because I am a man it would prefer to have a female friend, right? ? Beautiful girls that currently exist in my heart, used to be a friend, but I really do love him now, and I want to marry him

Hello babz02! It did happened to me. Our relationship as best friends took for at least 2 years and relationship as boyfriend-girlfriend was 5 years. Sadly, I considered him my worst enemy, and not talk to him for 5 years... hehe. can't believe isn't? Year 2007 when we've got the chance to meet and talk again. We had a closure and released forgiveness to each other. You know what, I told him that he should be thankful because our foundation is friendship that's why I had a guts that time to talk to him again. So far as of now we still talk but not like before as best friends. We realized that we are destined to be friends only. :) Yes, there's a possibility that best friends can fall in love to each other but not applicable to all.

I have doubt with this kind of relationship. There are reasons why they became bestfriends first.

i have experienced falling in love with a close guy friend. i'm not sure how it happened though but i guess it was because i enjoyed being with him. he was like my partner in crime. i've known him since i was 10 and that probably was the reason why i felt so comfortable with him. but i guess some things are better kept so he never knew about how i felt. we both have separate lives now but we remain friends though.=D

No I haven't experienced falling in love with my bestfriend, nor would I ever want to do that. Don't get me wrong, I'm just not too keen on the idea of your friend becoming your lover. I have this principle that those I meet as friends, will remain friends and will stay in that light forever. That's why I never treated my girlfriend as a friend before. I courted her the moment I had the chance and it went for 3 years before we got together. We're lovers and we are the best of friends and that's how I want it. I have experienced my bestfriend falling for me though. And, I was really not comfortable with it because it feels like someone is getting out of the comfort sphere that I know. Anyhow, what I'm saying is just for me and how I feel about it.
