I don't think to give you advices how you can live healthy, because i'm not the right example about that. I still smoke, even less than before, but smoke, still drink coffee, because for now juices are too expensive for my budget, eat fat and salty food sometimes and haven't found the right sport for me. But i want to know, where are looking for advices for your health? Do you google the things, which interest you, or you are reading useful advices in some special site, where you can find information about everything?

Well, the obvious place to get advices from is from a doctor. Mayo clinic, and WebMD are pretty good and legit. If you have a doctor close by then just talk to him/her. Googling just gives you more things to think of which might confuse you because you will see a variety of things to worry about, and then you will diagnose your self with the wrong informations. Coffee is actually beneficial for the body but too much might cause you something bad. Fatty and salty foods, well, I would suggest you take dietary supplements if you don't eat vegetables. Sports? you could just walk, or maybe do some house cleaning, or do jumping jacks, or push ups. If you can dance you should do it.

I'm looking for ways to practice yoga at home, but may be something usual will help me more. Cleaning is good suggestion, but it doesn't help. I'm doing it every day and my weight is still the same as before

I usually get advices from Men's Health magazine. They've got pretty good stuffs and they work especially if you follow them holistically. Now that I got a computer and internet connection, I just visit their website. For women, there's also the Women's Health magazine. I haven't read it but I'm sure it's pretty good too. Check it out.

I'll do it, thank you really much. That's what i'm looking for, simple descriptions about the things we use, do or don't do every day, but we just don't realize that it's really good healthy habit for us.

I asked a doctor recently about the wave of study reports on the mainstream media. His opinion was that most of the coverage is very selective and does not accurately reflect the reality of the situations reported. A single study doesn't proove anything. The study has to be repeated and verified as true. Then if there is one study that finds contradictory results, the entire question is falsified upon verification that THAT study followed the proper rules and analyzed correctly. So for health information I don't rely on answers.yahoo (or even mylot!) or mainstream news sources or any other non-health site, and even health sites if they seem intent on selling health related products. Rumors and sales pitches cloud the progress of science, but that is the price we pay for being capitalists.

Life is beautiful There are lots of beautiful things around us. It's just a matter of how we see it and whether we're able to realize it. In life, of course there are always some up's and down's. However, i believe, that even in the most difficult situation, there's always a beautiful thing. As wise people say,"Everything happens for a reason".
