Why do you feel the way you do? I think my kids are old enough to express themselves with street clothes. As long as they are wearing positive styles that is. Not jeans below the butt will be allowed in my home. I will tear something up. LOl What do you think about schools and the uniform policy for your child?......have a great day!

I think it would just be easier to have school uniform so children don't have to waste time everyday trying to figure out what to wear or girls having secret competitions on "who dresses better". With a dress code, it seems a lot quicker and easier for ever school day. $-MrDollars-$

I think all schools should have uniforms and a proper way to wear them. This would stop the boys from having jeans hanging half off their bodies and the girls from trying to show as much body as they can get by with. I live next to a school and the teachers know from the way the students dress who they will be nice to and which students they will not take any interest in. Yeah, you guessed it, the rich always get the attention and they know them by the clothes they wear. Uniforms would help put a stop to that. It would at least put them on the same level if all wore the same type of clothing. Not only that but it would save money for some parents.

I support uniforms. Always have, always will. Kids shouldn't be allowed to express themselves. They should always just do what they're told, sit quietly in class, get straight A's, and never ever talk back to their elders. But seriously, I do support uniforms, as long as they aren't ridiculously hideous. I had uniforms at school, and it was great not having to spend time picking out clothes. Just pick the one that's the same as the other ones, and done.

I really think school uniforms are great. It evens out the playing field, making the haves and the haves not more on an equal basis.
