It is not easy to eat vegetables if we have no taste of it. But by constant practice we will know that it has great advantage to have a healthy body. It does not mean that we have to confine our effort in eating vegetables alone. Still we need other form of vitamins and minerals in addition to eating vegetables. We still need fish, meat, seafood and fruits.

If you eat vegetable alone, you are lacking of nutrients. There are nutrients that could not find in the vegetable. If is find in the vegetable, only a small amount of it, which is not enough to supplement the body's need.

No I don't think that vegetables alone are healthy. I think the body needs a very good balanced diet as you said with mean, dairy, fruits, starches and even a bit of fat. Our body needs all of these things to get a nice balance and provide everything our bodies need. Actually you can live with out meat but if living without meat then there should be a lot of beans and nuts consumed in its place to assure the proper amount of protein for one's body. Protein is very important.

It puts you on great advantage if you eat vegetables daily. But eating vegetables alone is not enough to make you healthy. It must be a balanced diet composed of Go Foods, Grow Foods, and Glow Foods. And there are some other factors you should consider, like enough rest and exercise.
