Increase the weight

How can I increase the weight? How many kilograms per year could get? What to eat? Hamburgers, pizza and similar food my weight does not change. What would be recommendations.

What you have mentioned is not a healthy way to increase weight. You can try the weight gainer that can be found at pharmacy. Healthy that way.

I used to be thin no matter how plenty i eat. But I learn to control my weight gain by faking my bodies metabolism. Our bodies usually adjust metabolism after 3 days. So try eating less for a three to four days to have your body adjust your metabolism based on your consumption of food. Then, eat more for another three to four days before your body adjust again so that anything that eat during those period will not turn to energy but be deposited as glucagons and fats which will only be used during starvation stage of the body. Another thing that you can do, which is really working for me is adjust your sleeping habits. The more time your awake, the more the body needs energy and the more it metabolized the food you take. So if you rest longer, then you can gain weight.

You should eat balanced meal to gain weight. Your meal should consist of healthy protein source like fish, low fat meat, chicken or legumes plus two or three servings of vegetables. Green vegetables add lots of vitamins and nutrients while starchy foods like potatoes and corns add extra calories. Also drink healthy beverages such as milk and fruit juices. Eating burgers, pizza and other similar foods may only harm your health so refrain from eating them. Remember eat healthy to benefit more.
