Dinner? Menu Prep....

My mom called early this morning telling me my cousins just arrived from china. She told me to prepare a menu because they will be dropping by for dinner day after tom.What?? All the thoughts were scrambled, I immediately went to see what shall I prepare. I don't have any idea what to cook. Help.

Hmmm ... they're from China. So you can probably cook just about anything and tell them it's American food. If you want to keep it simple, stick with pasta. Or buy a frozen lasagna and say you made it yourself. Good luck!

Hi. jasminetea. Maybe you should try cooking some rice and meat. You can add spices to make it taste like a jumbalaya rice. You can add beef and sausages to it. You can always whip up a garden salad to go along with this too.
