open the windows at least once a day

It may be summer or winter, rainy season or Spring time, if we never open the windows for due reason , we can get an odor which may suffocate us. Rather open the window , at the right time, the cool and fresh air will gush in and it soothes your psyche and your spirit. You deserve some leisure time to peep out from the window and gaze at the wide horizon, a green mountain or the wide sea. Just watch it, if you can pay attention and you will be carried off and dandled upon the knees of the Earth which really is a mother who cares for you.

That certainly is an excellent advice. We need to let fresh air into the house, get friesh air circulate and drive away the unhealthy air contained in the house. In fact, I do that regularly too, even if it is for a couple of minutes, in the winter time. That refreshes the inhabitants, and keeps healthy. During the summer months, of course, the windows are kept open for longer periods.

well the sunlight will also kill some bacteria that is in the air trapped in your house.
but o fcourse i like the cool breeze from the outside.

Whether the season is summer,rainy or winter i make it a point to open the windows for a couple of hours in the morning.I think this is the time when fresh air comes in.But there is one point i differ from you in the rainy season one has to be careful as there are plenty of mosquitoes in the rainy season leading to ailments.Unfortunately i live in the midst of a city and can only see my neighbors house and not a beautiful scenery you describe so well in your discussion.

Our windows are always open. I guess the only times they are closed are when the rain is so hard and when we are on vacation elsewhere.

Our class windows are also always open because of majorly two things. One is that the girls need some fresh sir and the other is that we boys need signals of cell phones. That's why they are always open usually and when it's raining it's a joy for us also because we get to see hot girls in cool weather which is a great combination. And no one teaches classes during rain. They just sit and chat with us like friends the teachers. I love that.
