Hi beta It is very easy to acquire a bad habit, but too difficult to give up unless you have a strong determination and will power. I think i had the bad habit of smoking, i just made up my mind to quit instanly, no fixing of date or time, believe me i have not smoked for 40 years!! Thanks for sharing. Welcome always. Cheers. You can break a bad habit with the right amount of motivation and desire to stop doing it.., and the desire to change something for the better.., and you will need to focus and be determined enough to drive yourself away from what you are used to doing..=) Good Luck!

Let me tell you that i have learnt it the hard way because a habit is difficult to break. Because if you remove H from HABIT, A BIT will remain and if you remove A then a BIT will remain and if you remove B, even then IT will remain. So the moral of the sotry is only make good habits!!!
