If your husband cheated would you sue the other woman for alienation of affection if your state allowed it? Please keep it clean.

And what does anyone get out of this sueing? New York just got no fault divorce, so I think it would be a step backward for us.

I think it would depend on the situation. My opinion is, "it takes two to tango." If I thought it was about money and what she could gain, I might have a different attitude.

No, i wouldn't. She couldn't have been w/him if he hadn't ask her to be. It's always been odd to me that wives blame the other woman. What about that cheating husband????

I have experienced being cheated by my husband..That was years ago..here in our country I think there are cases which can be filed against people entering into a relationship with married man or woman.. But, I haven't thought of doing that.. I would like to use diplomacy on them. Then if it doesn't make them realize what a sin they're getting into, then I think I'd like to do that. It would mean they really have the motive in wrecking our family, which I won't allow.. But the again, I think I'll let my husband choose first between us, or his mistress..
