Saddest Local Story I've Read In A While

I don't mean to depress people, really I don't. I just wanted to share this story with you all. The article itself will tell you all you need to know about this young woman and the fact she killed hersef. I feel so sorry for the ones she has left behind.
My views on suicide are this; one cannot legislate for how other people feel. It is up to them what they do whether everyone else thinks they are being selfish or not. I struggle to understand people who take the lives of their children as well but, like I say, it's not for me to decide what's right in those circumstances. When someone is desperate they resort to drastic measures.
If my Mum read the following article she'd be so upset as she has an affinity with young people. Just as well she has no access to the internet where she is.

thats a sad story but i read before that many girls killed themselves already bcs of lack of self esteem :( so sad that that girl didnt see how much people loved her and ended her life. anyway i wish that she sees now that they liked her the way she was and that she shouldnt had done that. anyway i dont accuse her bcs we all have probs and when we are desperate we dont think.

I cannot begin to think what it must be like to be so desperate. All avenues have been exhausted, you have talked to people you love and STILL all you want to do is end it all. Nothing else matters. A friend of mine (well, his cousin) discovered his Uncle dangling from the bannister with a rope around his neck. He was cut down but, due to lack of oxygen, his mind has "gone" and short-term memory is non-existent. He does not remember anything of the incident nor does he know anyone around him. When I asked his son if he wished his Dad hadn't been discovered he said, "Yes, because his life is more hellish now than before he tried hanging himself." That would be my fear; if I did choose to end my life (which I don't by the way) I'd hope that I wasn't discovered and then suffer further like my friend's Dad is now having to do.

Yeah! in your side or point of view or even other people who did NOT face a BIG problem or distress in life could hardly understand why there are few people wants to take their lives no matter that other's feel and think THERE IS HOPE. We easily said that....... BUT... when you yourselves on their lives on what life thay are facing now.. you probably understood on what they did... coz they don't want others or even their nearest relatives being affected on what problems she may encountered.
