The first time is always the hardest. Don't you agree?

Making money online always start with the first few dollars. And during the first crucial months, it is quite natural to experience a mix of emotions especially doubt. Am I doing the right thing? Or, am I just wasting my time? The main issue, of course, is whether the money is real or not. Everybody who's earning online will have to go through this process of discovery. Frankly speaking, I didn't survive my first attempt at online moneymaking. I quit after only two weeks with the conclusion that it's a waste of time. Well, something lured me back after six months of denial. So, last February I rejoined the online moneymaking crowd with a purpose. I wanted to satisfy my curiosity. I must admit that taking a serendipitous route to making money is not the most logical thing to do. If you have real world moneymaking opportunities, why on earth do you need online sources of income? Most will struggle with this issue. Fortunately for me, I had to be online and I had to know this online moneymaking stuff because of my blogs. This compelling reason effectively overcame the inertia of doubt. So, I survived the rather long process of discovery. Right now, it's the final four days of a moneymaking project that took seven months in reaching its logical conclusion. After months of diligent online "work", I'm finally waiting for my PayPal balance to clear into my bank account. This is the last mile of a journey, so to speak. And I can't wait to reach the finish line and do this all over again. Anyway, what is your story?

Moneymaking is an important idea in our minds. When i get to know something about MYLOT first time, i wanna to make money on my spare time. But when you read these discusses from our friends all over the world. You really can enjoy it. You can feel what they are thinking, what they are analazing. The most thing is that you can learn something from it. As to me, English is my second language, so when i read those discusses, i can learn my useful phrases and sentence innvolving our life, our social, and our world. It's so intersting totally beyond my imagination. I agree with BLOGGEROO, the first time is always the hardest. But how to avoid this kind of negative feeling, the most effective method is that you put your interests in it and enjoy it. I believe you will have a surprised result finally.

Yup. Getting truly interested in whatever we do is essential to overcoming obstacles. It will make any project easier to accomplish even if that project dragged on for months. That is why I always ask myself if I'm truly interested with a certain site or not before I join.

Yes, it is always. Doing it on the first time means that you have not experienced it yet. You still dont know if it will turn out to be good or bad. Sometimes you dont know how to handle it, you are still learning, that is why it is very hard.

Indeed. There's a lot of unfamiliar things out there. That's why I favor simple objectives and simple moneymaking opportunities. Anything that is complicated even if it promises fantastic sums of money is really unnecessary. One typical complication I've been avoiding like the plague is having to pay for the privilege to earn money. For me, upgrading or paying membership fees introduces too many unknowns and complicates a moneymaking project. Anyway, on the next moneymaking project.

My story is pretty much that I did a lot of research before I started to try to make money online, because I wanted to know as much as possible about it so I wouldn't waste too much time on it if it didn't work. I read quite a lot about it, and two tips sticked with me: 1. Most people give up too soon, it takes a few months before you start making money. 2. Look out for scams and never pay for the opportunity to make money online. I really took these tips to heart, and decided to be very patient, even if I did not make anything during the first two or three months. Because of this, the fact that I immediately started making some, was a huge bonus and very encouraging for me!

I can see from your post count that you've been really busy here at myLot. Even though I joined three months ahead of you, you already have three times as much posted here. That's quite an achievement. Anyway, I also have the same "no upgrade" policy. I don't pay money for the privilege of earning money. It spoils the whole moneymaking opportunity and turn it into a farce. I find it ridiculous for sites to demand payment when they are the ones who are trying to convince me that there is money to made in their site.

I was unsure if the site I was writing for would pay me, when they did, I was very happy about it. I knew I just have to be careful of what sites I join and make sure I join the ones that really work where people get paid.
