life has negative thinking in each moment

Hi friends, this is a different situation, i am going to telling you about my feelings about my daily life. When i feel happy or in any happiest situation my mind thinks about future sadness. and When i feel unhappy it will increases my depression. Actually when i look back my past i have many successful stories in my life, eventhough whenever i heard some useless comments, then my confidence level suddenly falls. Here is a different situation in our human life. When we are more happy or more sad, we can enjoy or unhappy respectively. But in our daily general life, we may feel neither happy nor sad. In this time there are stream of useless thoughts are flowing in our mind. And we may imagine small things as big ones. And when we want to achieve a big goal, that is to be splitting into small works. and we have to do hardwork, that hardwork is not appeared to others, to do that hidden hardwork we have to strongly decide ourselves, and we encourage our talent ourselves only. (friends i think it is confusing to you, please read once again, it will definitely understood to you, because you are not in my position, and i am in your situation)

rameshchow life is not always a bed of roses sometimes we feel the thorns too but there are two types of people those who are always trying to think positive thoughts, and those who are sure life is just thorns and bramble and black , these are the pessimists who can sour any positive thought with a couple of black mean words.We can make a choice, we can view the world with love and positivity or bury yourselves in a black seven of negativity and pessimism.Me I was shown how to make my life su nny and happy by being optimist at all times.So I viewed mishaps as temporary and bad luck as just what it was. I learned to embrace the company of others who lived on the sunny side of the street.Being happy is easy as you tell yourself I am content now today with what I have and glad I am alive, this is a new d ay, a gift from God.

it is not possible think positively always, in certain situation our mind drives us into the ocean of negative thoughts, in that time a common college going guy, how can he come out from that, how he re-normalize his works?

Hello my friend rameshchow Ji, Well, still we all have to try and live positively, think in positive way. I would bring-out something, which may help you, if implemented in it's real sense. [b]"WHY TO BE POSITIVE/THINK POSTIVE/DREAM POSITIVE./SoP It has been established beyond doubts that, by way of living positive, it strengthens to face challenges in the life easily , but has any of us thought about each word meaning in its real senses, which are combination of ‘P O S I T I V E ‘ Let us define each word meaning and apply on-self. P------IS FOR PATIENCE , If one wants to make success in life, must have patience, people with patience do not think negatively and they find out some solution to their problems. They do not cry in adverse condition and come out in flying colors. O------IS FOR OPTEMESTIC means there is a always ray of hope in the life. So do not part away with hope. Do not blame fate and loose hope. Keep morale high full of expectations, and everyone is fed up with me. Under these circumstances, try to be hopeful. S------IS FOR SATISFACTION, people never get satisfied with lust in life. But they day one feels ‘satisfied’, thinking will automatically be converted into positive thinking. For this , on should look down, you will feel you are better and satisfied than those, who even do not get that much. Non-satisfaction leads to depression, so whatever, you have got and achieved , get satisfied with that. I------IS FOR INSPIRATION, one must get inspiration from their ‘Ideals/Examples/Gurus/Leaders etc’ . There are born living characters around, take their examples of living. How they come out from problems and live happily. Every body has something hidden/exposed goodness, follow them. Leave their bad aspects. One will become positive. T------IS FOR TARGET, if you keep your goal/aim clear in front of you in your life, you will never face defeat. What you want to do and how would you achieve your goal, keep and make it to yourself very clear. Once aim is clear, it can be easily obtained. Even, if it is not reached , keep something to replace the same. You will not feel guilty. I------IS FOR IDEALS, make your personality such that people around you should have blind belief and start following you, you should be ideal for them. By being positive, you can always remain balanced in your thinking, remain always happy, ready to help others, others will follow you. Once you make and foolow your ideals, why do’t you become ideal for others. V-----IS FOR VICTOR, one should always known for winning and not for loosing, for this one has to keep himself under high spirit. After you get and face defeat, you should re-start your aim once more with double your strength and capacity. One must agree real aspect in life that ‘Victory and defeat’ are two faces of same coin. Do’t loose heart after defeat, remember that dawn will come, success is sure to come and greet you. E-----IS FOR EASY, In easy life there is no room for negative thinking at all.. Ramesh! You are obviously troubled by soemthing in your mind and have posted this discussion.When you are happpy,if you are torubled by unwanted thoughts then it is the cause of a fear that the happiness may not last long and you may become unhappy. In your daily life, you have certain duties to peform and this goes on as a routine.As you yourself have realised when you have a big goal[say of doing extremely well in your college and getting agood placement or study further to enhance your future prospects] then your focus must be only on your curriculum, your extra projects, yoour involvemnt in college functions etc.., Don't keep imagining things and worrying.Take everyday as it comes and go about your duties.You are in a professional course and it takes a lot of hard work to achieve your goals.Unless you have some serious problem in the homefront or healthwise, do not think twice about anything else and be totally focused on your work.

Well were all human... try this out. Every time your happy and that little voice in your head says "this won't last long" tell yourself yeah of course it won't because things are about to get even better... =) That's how I think in life... so every time I feel happy I even become happier and when I feel down... I understood you clearly and certainly understand how you feel. For me I have had more unahppy moments than happy. The actual happy moments were so earned and deserved as I find I have to work really hard in my life to obtain even a shred of life. When I am happy I do get sad because I cannot help but think how long the happiness will last as in a turn of a moment things go wrong. Sometimes I see a very happy film and that makes me sad, not mad, but sad that maybe perhaps for once in my life I could actually be that happy without having to work so hard at it. Do not feel bad about other opinions rameshchow, this is a really tough life we all live no matter where and or what country. No one truly knows what goes on in your life except to quickly place a snappy come back. I know it is not easy I could cry in a pin drop. But you what it makes me stronger. Always believe in yourself. What I always do is I cannot be super happy at least every night when I lay down I am so satisfied that I did my best and well God does not like ugly. We cannot expect God to do it all for us, we have to be strong so that when a trial comes our way we are striving and ready. Have a wonderful day.

I going tell you a situation happened in my life, disturbed because of others is, Yesterday in my college library, i am preparing my digital communication notes. At that time there are two girls(my classmates) are disturbing loudly, i just leave it, then they started talking wrong about to me (indirectly). Actually in my 3years of engineering life i haven't talk with them. I have no contact with them, eventhough they were disturbing me. I simply leave the library at that time.

Negative thinking appears to be more prevalent than positive thinking. It seems that with most people positive thinking requires more efforts, whereas negative thinking comes easily & uninvited. We all view everything through our predominant mental attitude. If you are afraid of meeting new people or having close relationship, you will do everything to avoid people & relationship, & then compalin that you are lonely & nobody loves you. The mind is neutral energy. The way you think determines whether the results are positive & beneficial or negative & harmful. It is the same energy acting in a different way. Each time you catch yourself thinking a negative thought, reject the thought, & think a positive one. If you hear yourself uttering negative words, change to positive words. Open your mind to positive attitude & expect positive results.

It is really confusing to me but all i know about this is the life is negative if we think negative, and it turns positive when we think positive. Depends on the way of thinking of individual on how to look to the aspects of life. But I don't want to think negative in my life because it makes me fall down in every corner of my mind. Positivity always makes me alive. And all things around me are pretty soon and beautiful. Happy those people who are positive thinker and let us be like them. Have a nice day!

First of all the mind will always wonder, sweetie. No matter how hard you try to avoid that, it won't work. We always think of more than one thing at a time, but you need to teach yourself where to draw the line. No person can concentrate on only one thing. There is no why. It is how it is. When i know how to stop that i will let you know. You just need to learn to relax. You are to serious and tense. Not good for your health, okay.

we can't get 90marks with one day reading, every day is important, but most of the day we spent with unwanted thoughts. When we are in the classroom, we kept our concentration on few subjects only, remaining time our mind will travelling in the space. Here in this case body present mind absent. And When we are reading in a library some body are talking something, at that time our mind concentrates on their discussion only, not on our study,(yes, we know that we have to read well, even though it is not easy all the time) in this is situation actually our mind should be present on studies, but it will tend toward other things. why?

It's THE problem with us Humans.....when we have happiness, we think about sadness...and when we are sad..well, we would love to be happy....It's a question of being "bored" with having everything in your life that makes you CRAVE for more...constant craving is what we are really good at at...be it happiness or sadness....but I must admit that sadness or lack of happiness in having things that we don't possess...drives us harder to achieving the goal that when you are CONTENT...

hey Ramesh in fact it is one of the important aspect of human mind, it keeps working day in and day out. When you talk about the feelings, the only way to control it is through practice, Our Conscience is a restless monkey, which keeps jumping from one tree to another. The Best way as far as i remember these days is through the new concept known as mind technology. You see, all these feeling builds in the base for your subconscious mind, you see the dreams while sleeping and you know, it is so strange. So, Do this. Every day when you are doing nothing, keep repeating in your heart - I am a successful person and I am satisfied. Do this for some days and tell me what do you feel??
