are there times that you can't push yourself to work?

there are days that my motivation is low and i just don't feel good and it affects my concentration and affects my work and my motivation is low to start with. so when i had this low motivation i could hardly push myself to start working again. anyways, when that occurs. i wish that i can find something or read sometime or see something that will inspire to work again. i just hope that there will be some good thing that will happen to me on that day that will turn around my mood and will cause to keep on working and make me focus again on my work and keep my motivation high again. many times i just do nothing when i don't feel like working. i just end up wasting my time. watching tv. listening to music but still not enjoy those, so it will be a very bad day for me when i am into this kind of mood. sometimes i thought that food can somehow change my mood and that i can regain my mood by eating some thing delicious or something that will delight my taste bud. it does work sometimes but not all the time. there were times when i will just buy something that i thought won't taste that good but i just bought because i can't think of any thing else i can buy, then if that food turned out to be great, and this kind of surprise gives me a good feeling inside and kinda made my day again. so hopefully there will be something that will motivate to work.

Being a human being, laziness can sometimes creep up from one's subconscious. No matter how hard you try to suppress it, it will show up every now and then. To find this internal force, just keep focus on the things that you should be doing and why you should be doing it so that you can win over this negative trait. Always remember: When the "Why" is clear, the "How" is easy!

Sometimes I will sit at my computer all ready to work, and I won't be able to think of a single thing to write. It's weird, because at other times, I am totally geared up for it and able to get everything done that I need to do within a couple of hours. I am due to go back to university in October, and I know that I will have to work extremely hard when I go back, particularly as I have to spend an extra two hours per day travelling to university, whereas in the past I would have simply got up and walked to my lessons, as I was living in the halls of residence.
