hi anshulmahajan do your wrists hurt like crazy and your fingers cramp. you are probably having carpal tunnel syndrome and might need to see a doctor for some rest, also there are special keyboards that are not as hard on ones wrists and fingers. there are special wrist protectors you can wear to help you type without pain. see your doctor.

Are you saying that you were able to type and now you cannot? If that’s the case I would take a break and if the problem persists see a doctor! You may just be very tired; it happens to me sometimes and that is when I usually know I’ve had enough.

Oh, my God, how can this happen?! Have you seen a doctor? What's the reason? Is it really because you have typed too much??I'll reduce my time on typing.. Hope you'll be well soon!

I think it's time for you to take ample rest. I've experienced the same when my palm hurts so much that I could not type for more than five minutes. Then the pain went through every joint of my arms and back. I think everyone of us should learn the ergonomic principles when using the computer...Just get a body massage or better yet, visit a physical therapist. Get well soon, friend.

i believe that's what you call carpal tunnel syndrome, wherein your hands start to get numb, you can get this not only on typing but also in texting and writing without rest, but seriously you should really see a doctor who will probably give you rehabilitative therapy to get the function of your hands and prevent serious complication, im a nurse so this is my best advise, stop blogging for awhile or whatever it is that you do, then seek a doctor follow, what he advise. hope you get well soon.

Thats really weird, maybe the fingers are suffering from cramps. Best advice would be consult a doctor. In the meantime give them (your fingers) some rest and massage them with some warm oil (coconut oil does good) to ease the fingers. Knowing how much you type on a daily basis would be better to provide a correct advice.

Hi dear, Do you have a good typing seeped? Check the keyboard of the laptop or computer is properly placed. Sit properly and if it is a laptop give the pressure on the hand fold area and make fingers weight fee and easily moving. Always the keyboard little lower level and sit straight. If you have this problem from a long time you need consultation. Or if it is a one-off type matter, it may be due to long time usage with one shot. Take break. That is good for figures as well as your eyes also. Hope you are ok now. Best regards, Thank-s

oh my God!! what happened?? are you having visual difficulties that's why you could no longer type? or is it because your hands became really stiff resulting from prolonged period of typing in front of the computer., which is which???
