A good, solid diet and proper nutrition could help you sleep better. Excercise also helps. Even working out only a few days a week could probably make a difference in your sleep schedule. It's also important to have a set "bedtime" and follow through with it so that your body eventually learns that it's time to rest instinctively. Taking a day off to rest and relieve stress every once in a while could also help.

Well, i do have a sleeping problem but each day I'm overcoming the problem. I sleep late even i feel so tired and sleepy but my mind doesn't shut. Anyway, try to have a warm bath and a glass of milk before bedtime and before you leave your room for a bath switch on the lamp or set you light in dim mode for a inviting ambiance, this will condition your mind and body to relax. Hope my simple tips help you. Lastly, before i forget don't bring your work at home it's a BIG no to fung shui.

I am one of those few who just have to touch the pillow to go into dreamworld. :) So I cant really understand such things. For me it is an effort to keep awake. :)

You are a very lucky person for putting effort to awake. This is a rare case and indicates that you have a perfect system and a scheduled time table of your work pattern and also have a good health. A combination of all these makes you to easily enter the dream world....
