Use the sunblock!! It might prevent you from getting cancer one day.

I used to disregard my friend who kept advising me to put sunblock everyday. I only use sunblock during times that we go to the beach or have an activity that will require to be staying under the sun for quite some time. But since I went to a beauty spa, the doctors also told me what my friend was saying. We should be using sunblock everyday, especially on the face area. It's really one way to protect our skin against the damaging UV rays. So now, I wear sunblock everyday, its just that I'm too lazy to re-apply after a few hours. :)

I usually use sunscreen in the summer months here but never really any other season. My daughter is very sun sensitive and usually will wear sunscreen daily. I do notice that people who suntan get the leather look when they get older and that is just gross. Also of course you can get skin cancer from tanning. So I think it is important to avoid the sun during peek times like 10-2 during the day unless you are using sunscreen or wearing a hat and long sleeves.

Sunblock is important to use every time you are out in the sun. It helps to reduce FUTURE wrinkles and aging, those that are caused by being in the sun without sunblock which will definitely age you faster. I've used sunblock most of my life and people tell me all the time that I do not look anywhere near my age. I think a large part of that is because of the sunblock. Also, I learned recently just how important sunblock is. I was helping my son and husband put siding on my son's shed this past weekend. The first day I forgot to bring my sunblock. My son doesn't use it so he didn't have any. I got very burned! The second day, I made sure I not only put sunblock on before I left for his house but also brought it along with me and reapplied it a few times because it was hot and I was perspiring. I use sunblock every time I'm outside for more than 10 minutes.

yes i think it is very necessary whenever you go out in the sun you should put on sun block to prevent sun causing damage to your skin. i always do that now, before i also thought the it does not matter but my hands are tanned because of that. now whenever i go out in the sun i always put sun block to prevent sun to burn my skin. i don't think it prevents wrinkles and stuff but it will do the basic stuff, which it is meant for.

Just because the sun is not bright does not mean it still isn't there. Anytime when are out in the sun, it is wise to use sunblock. Too much exposure to the sun can cause damage to our skin. We need to take precautions to prevent this. I 'm not sure it sunblock reduces wrinkles or helps with aging. I'm sure it can't hurt.
