I drink food supplements everyday. You?

Every morning, I drink Herbalife shake as my breakfast. I mix it with oatmeal; blend it and put ice after. It helps in my weight maintenance since I eat a lot later during the day. It's probably 120cal because of the oatmeal. How about you? Any health regimen you'd like to share?:)

Yes I do. I always drink herbal supplement every morning. I dink K-Link Liquid Chlorophyll. This supplement is product of K-Link International. Actually, I should drink it three times a day before meal. This supplement is made from chlorophyll of alfalfa. This supplement give me many benefits. The main function is for cleansing and balancing. This supplement contain fiber that could help us prevent constipation. This supplement help us clean poisoned thing in our blood. As balancing, it could balance our hormone. This supplement could give us extra energy.

good for you. i've been using my supplements for almost 3 years and they've been great. which reminds me, i need to call for my month's supply. we ran out of the multivitamins and i miss it already.

hi beingwell, regarding my morning brakefast is snacks like idli,vada,dosa,upma,poori,pongal,chiwda, pulgam or sangati,there are lot of things to be prepared in my house for brakefast,but before that i take 1.5 ltrs water before taking brakefast and before every meal i take one to 1.5 ltrs water to maintain the health,have a nice day

good for you yugasini. what i know is we should take at least 6-8 glasses of water everyday. 1.5L is like 8-10, right? good work! keep it up. don't forget to let the waste out afterwards okey? :)

Yes, I take food supplements too, mostly in the evening time. I often skip dinners after having a late heavy lunch. And, on days when I get back home from my work pretty late in the night, I don't feel like having a full dinner. So, that's when I would have a food suppliment. My favorite is "Ensure". I keep a stock of Ensure at home. I like the taste, and the health value of Ensure.

Actually I don't have any food supplement taken. It may be the reason why I easily get tired. I just eat some right foods like fruits and vegetables, carbohydrates and a piece of protein food everyday. Well, thank you for sharing. A friend have mentioned to me about herbal life before. I'll try to check if there's a suitable supplementary food for me. Happy mylotting!

i think you should drink vitamins or supplements of some kind. especially now, most foods we eat are processed. we need to feed our body with good nutrition, so to speak..hihihihi... anyway, more power to you maharlikah!

i havent tried herbalife. i use c-lium fiber. i add it in my juice. though there are capsules available.

i don't really drink food supplements. I just drink multivitamins to keep myself strong from bacterias and viruses! i would suggest that you do exercise to keep yourself fit and also sleep at least 6 hours a day. If you want to have a toned body. then i suggest you do belly dancing. its fun and it will really help you to maintain your body. ;)
