Are there homosexuals in mosquitoes?Can it stop dengue mosguito?

As I read in a daily newspaper,that the Department of Health has find a way to stop the spread of the deadly dengue disease caused by these mosquitoes infected by the dengue virus.I do not know how effective the health department's statement,that the solution is about the specie of mosquito called homosexual mosquito,which are believed
to stop the spread of dengue.As of now I do not believe on this,because I have already mention here that the plant called"Tawa-Tawa"is the only cure for the dengue disease,because it not only help in the blood count it also help the victim to stabilize his temperature back to normal.What do you think myLotters?

Thank you very much for the response.I wish it can really stop the spread of dengue as the health department have quoted,but I just wonder how they discovered such a specie that I have just heard of.
