How do I do it?

I might be asking for outrageous and impossible results, but how can I lose a quick 10 or even 15 lbs in the next 14 days? Haha crazy? Maybe but I've already lost a lil and really wanna slim down just a bit more before the hubs comes home. Any ideas? I don't care how crazy they are, just throw em at me.

To be honest I've read that it's safer to lose only one to two lbs per week and It helps to lose it that slowly so you will keep it off. I would suggest going out for walks more and drinking V8 Splash as it's delicious and filling, the commercials also say that it helps you lose weight. Of course the kellogs cereal commercials say that too, but I would say do either of those three things.

I've heard that too, and that its more likely to stay off if you only lose a lil bit at a time. I just really wanna fit in those skinny jeans before he comes home haha. I already walk ALOT I don't know what the heck happened to my body. Before I had my kids I was a track runner and at the gym at least 2hrs a day. If I wanted to lose 5 lbs here and there it would drop like nothing. I was maddly in love with mcdonalds dollar double cheeseburgers lol and I still wouldnt gain weight. Now I'm lucky if I can run a 1/4 mile without having an asmatic attack! (and I'm not an asmatic lol) I blame my husband! HE DID THIS TO ME LOL!!!

every day, morning and afternoon you ran 10 miles. every day also, you must fast for at least 12 hours starting from 6am to 6pm. And do not forget, when you eat, you should limit yourself to not eat rice and meat. Only eat vegetables and potatoes

Yikes! I'm not that disciplined! haha I was thinking more like the grapfruit diet or some crap lol. I wanna maintain my health ya know, no good if I'm all bag-eyed and decrepid when he comes home lol.

You can give me some of that if you want. It seems for me that the more i eat, the more skinnier i get :O I guess you need to find a quiet healthy but strict diet and alot of exercise .

Well, thats a lot to work on. I hope you live in my country, Indonesia. Here, there are a lot of traditional medication that says they can make you lose some kilograms in a week.. I don't really sure wether its true or not. But I bet a lot hv tried. Maybe not all places do worked, but some are
