How often do you make overseas call by land line phone?

With internet to call our relatives or friends anywhere in the world i hardly made call using land line phone now to contact them. Since it's free to contact them by internet.so We have saved a lot of money because of the internet.and even using cellphones to call anyone anywhere in my country as there is already budget calls in mobile phone so it really saves money for those who need to make long calls for a small fixed price.and this is available for prepaid users. I'm glad with the advancement of technology that made life more easy for us to contact other people.
Before when internet was not available to the general public we had to save money so we can call our make long distance calls. We always worry about the telephone bills we need to pay monthly. Now we're relieved of that worry.

At home, I never make overseas call by land line phone because first and foremost, people close to me are just a text or call away. In my grandparents' home though, they are currently subscribed to a local and long distance phone service paid monthly to contact my aunt who is living in the US. My grandparents don't know how to use the computer because they always prefer the medieval way of talking to someone by using a land line phone. So that's just about it. :)

Yes It'll be hard to use the computer for chatting and calls if you don't know how to use it.at first i thought having an internet connection would not save money in making calls. But i learned that making casks online is surely a big way to save money.i like the old way also by using the landmine buy it's just too expensive.

Last month my overseas calls went up as high as 20$. Usually I only spend less than 10$ on long distance calls and that only happens every other month. But since my past boyfriend and I were trying to catch up on things these past few weeks, my expenses for overseas calls increased. So as much as possible, I try to avoid calling that much to save money from calls. We usually communicate through facebook and yahoo messanger nowadays.

Paying between $10 to $20 a month is a big amount already.as much as possible i avoid using my landline for long distance calls. Only when the person i want to contact doesn't have any other way to reach except by landline will i use long distance call.but that rarely happens now.
