what is the best thing or product to take to lose weight?

don't use diet pills. it doesn't work and it has side effects that takes years to detect. Try counting calories and exercising of course. You can try countingcalories.com. I have slow metabolism and the only way for me to lose weight is eat about 1000 calories a day. The site has a wide variety of foods that have complete calorie and nutrient information.

like potatoes, bananas , mango , grapes , rice and flour ... !! i hav been doing this for a while and although its a lil difficult to manage but its works !! whole wheat is a good replacement to flour

Hard work and conviction. I know that's not what people want to hear, but most people don't need a 'product' or 'medicine' to lose weight. You just have to have support, some education and a strong will to make it happen. But there are simple things you can do in your daily life to help you get on your way: An essential ingredient to start off with would be water. Cut out all other drinks from your diet (soda, juice, coffee, etc) and just drink water. Start out by drinking 1-2 cups before or with a meal. This should fill your stomach up enough to not eat as much food. The next thing to do, while eating, is to take your time. If you scarf down food you'll tend to eat more of it. Take a bit, stop and chew for a bit. Put the spoon, fork, spork, chopstick down whatever and just chew your food. This will fool the mind into thinking you are having your fill of food and in turn, you'll eat less. Portion size. Everyone says NO CARBS or that type of cr@p. But you should eat carbs, just not as much. All portion sizes should be the size of your palm. When you do eat carbs, just take out the 'white' and add in the 'brown' like 100% whole wheat breads and pastas and brown rice. Just switching to those can shave off a few pounds in the long run. Last simple thing is to just move to 30-60 min a day. It doesn't have to be all at once it can be a few minutes her and a few minutes there. But get moving. Walking running, playing Wii Fit or something. Even dancing can count. Just move around. ...These are good things to just start off with by doing them all the time. You can eventually work more things in like weight training which will help you lose weight faster because you burn fat to rebuild the muscles you strengthen.

Lessen carbohydrates intake. Try 15-30 minutes brisk walking in the morning. if you can, avoid cold drinks, or softdrinks. Try hot tea, it helps clean digestive system. L-carnitine products can also help lose weight, (which is said awhile ago. Eat fruits and vegetables and drink more than 8 glasses of water a day.

just do what i do - Run a far and as fast as possible then after buy a cheese burger and drink a can of coke. it works for me. Not really but i suggest to exercise once per day and drink a lot of water.

buy cheese burger and coke? i dnt drink coke cause they got alots of sugar. i like 7up or sprite. yah i really need to exercise now lolz

have you tried fitness drinks? like those with L-Carnitine and green tea effective for burning fats? of course it would be best to try this along with exercise and healthy diet. best of luck!

Exercise as much as you can and drink water. Soda pop and juice etc. all add extra sugar and calories that you don't need or want if you are trying to loose weight. Cut out eating fat foods too.

I cannot suggest any product as the "best" for weight loss.., You know what is the best way of losing some extra pounds?? It's balanced diet and exercising.., Nothing beats that even the most expensive laxative can't.., But if you wan't to loose weight instantly.., or if you're obese and wanna lose weight.., you can consult your physician first.., they will be the one to determine how much is the maximum weight you should be losing in a span of time to prevent any cardiac abnormalities..=)

I think that the best thing a person can do to lose weight is to commit to a lifestyle change and focus on becoming a healthier person. I have recently done this. By watching what I eat and trying to exercise more often (usually just walking during part of my lunch break at work) I've been able to lose 9 pounds in 1 month. I have found calorie counting to be very helpful for me because I now know how much my body really needs and how disproportionate my thinking was about how much I ate. It's also helpful to have a friend or someone who can support and encourage you.

if there was any best product to loose weight then that company would have been bankrupt for sure. once everyone is of perfect weight that product will be useless. So the best thing to reduce weight is your determination and proper guidance mixed with lot of patience.
