Help on the Cashgopher installer please! :(

I just joined on the cashgopher and downloaded the installer as fast as I could. Unfortunately the installer seems to be corrupted or something. I don't know. :(
I though of possible reasons why it wont install on my pc, such as corrupted dload, and slow connection. But nothing seems to fit in the picture. *sigh*
The message it pops goes like this:
"cannot download the application. the application is missing required files. contact vendor for assistance"
What are the required files? .

are you using download accelerator? what's you bandwidth speed?
-it sometimes caused by operating system, I suggest to use windows xp or win7 update it cause cashgopher requires updated .net framework.

No I am not using DAP. My OS is windows. Its just that I really dont know how to use it. What am I supposed to do with the new browser window that pops out every time im online??

ohh I see :( I'm from the philippines. This is just ironic coz I know that a lot of filipinos are using it already.its just unfair! :((
