You should drink as much water as u can. But try ur best to make it atleast 4-5 liters. I once drank 10 liters in one day. The next day I woke up feeling wonderful. I was feeling more enegetic, clean and my skin was glowing. So stay drunk :D.

I have alway heard you should drink about 60 ounces a day. I think I drink about 20-30 a day. The part they don't tell you is by drinking all that water, how many times is normal for going to the bathroom. That is what I wonder?

yah every one suggest drink lot of water every day and they may even suggest how many liters one to take but what makes a big differnces is when you take the water. so depending on the age an average adult should take 6 to 7 glass per day on an average but it can vary depending on the climate, profession for e.g. the one in hot climate and a hardwork labourer may require more as he sweats more but that doesnt mean that in clod climate the amount should be less. so the water intake may increase but should never decrease in any condition. one glass early in the morning is good for bowles. but never drink lot of water just before your meals or during meals.you may drink one or more hour earlier to your meals.

In short.. 12 glasses a day.. upto 5 litres Drinking enough water is a challenge for most people. Most of us rely strictly on thirst as a reminder to drink, and a mild thirst is an easy sensation to ignore. Relying on thirst alone is usually not enough to make a sufficient difference in how much water you are consuming. Some additional measure is usually required in order to establish this new habit. Please note that it is extremely important to obtain an accurate diagnosis before trying to find a cure. Many diseases and conditions share common symptoms: if you treat yourself for the wrong illness or a specific symptom of a complex disease, you may delay legitimate treatment of a serious underlying problem. In other words, the greatest danger in self-treatment may be self-diagnosis. If you do not know what you really have, you can not treat it! Knowing how difficult it is to weed out misinformation and piece together countless facts in order to see the "big picture", we now provide simple online access to The Analystâ„¢. Used by doctors and patients alike, The Analystâ„¢ is a computerized diagnostic tool that sits on a vast accumulation of knowledge and research. By combining thousands of connections between signs, symptoms, risk factors, conditions and treatments, The Analystâ„¢ will help to build an accurate picture of your current health status, the risks you are running and courses of action (including appropriate lab testing) that should be considered. Full information is available here. Here are some ideas to help you remember: Carrying a water bottle with you. Drinking at set times of the day. Drinking at random times of the day. For example, every time the phone rings think "When was my last drink of water?" If you are working in front of a computer screen all day, you can set alarms every couple of hours to remind you to take a drink. If you have regular breaks at work, develop a habit of starting each break with a drink. Every time you think of drinking a soda, drink water instead. There is no clear evidence that drinking water during meals hinders digestion. Drinking liquids with meals is usually a matter of preference. However, if your digestion is weak, it is probably best to drink an hour or two after a meal.

Many doctors say that you can never drink too much water because its the only substance, no matter how much you take it, it won't cause any problems (except for the people living on hills where there they can get tooth related problems by drinking too much water). It cleans our body from te inside and flushes out all the toxins in our body. It also keeps our skin young and healthy. I drink about 20 glasses of water everyday.

There is no particular amount of water we should drink daily. But one should always drink as much as possible everyday. One thing am sure of and know it helps, is drinking a glass of water first thing very early in the morning. You may not know it but its a great help to our body system.
