am not happy with my latest mobile connection.... one week before i took one mobile connection... the sim was at free of cost.. at the time of activation the dealer told me about the offers of that sim.... It has 1500 free national/ local sms and free download up to 2 G B.... yesterday i when i send the last two sms they charged money... there will be service message to show the balance of sms ..before that i saw there will be 1300 something balance .... then suddenly what happened with my credit sms... I called to customer care service to know about the reason why that happened... here you have to notice one important thing is that they are helping us not with out cost they are charging 50 paise for each three minute of helping us........ the customer servicer told me that my sms balance is over, that is why it happened.... Is this a good thing to charge money to help the customers..... the service provider cheated me completely ... now am thinking about to go to consumer court....... What you think? Should i go to consumer court??

yeah, definitely, you must go to Consumer Court to report this issue. And Airtel is the most reputated telecom service provider and if they causes such trouble to their consumers, then what will be the future. So, you must keep all the records of the trouble that happened to you due to Airtel and report this issue in Consumer Court. These records will help you as an evidence/proof that Airtel harassed you.

Our country has the highest cell taxes in all of europe ,so pretty much. But I don't use my phone pretty often,so I'm not worried about it :)
