A victory ALMOST won

On July 13, 2009, a small victory was won in the courtroom of Judge David O. Carter which COULD have removed the strangle-hold (Webster definition: 1. an ILLEGAL hold used to choke an opponent; 2. any force, influence, or action that chokes or, restricts, or suppresses freedom or progress) on our freedom and Constitution by one usurper, Barack Hussein Obama.
At that time, among the evidence presented was a Birth Certificate copy from Coast Province General Hospital for one Barack Hussein Obama II, detailed, signed, and with his little footprint on it.
Fast forward to July 13, 2010 when Lucas Daniel Smith, who proferred that true Birth Certificate (NOT A COLB, folks) from the hospital in Kenya, was interviewed by Christian News Review re said Birth Certificate and the circumstances surrounding it. This is reported also at www.americangrandjury.org and in a Post&EMail article by Sharon Rhondeau, also at www.thepostemail.com.
He informed them of a mailing to each member of Congress of that certified document, along with further evidence,( which project was just finished on August 31, 2010).
Curiously, July 13, ----, is my birthday - 29, again.
For those of us who have been calling, writing, faxing, begging Congress for 2 years, we realize what a gargantuan, dehumanizing, intolerably frustrating task this is.
At this very special time of a 40 day (High Holy Day season) prayer campaign for our country as in IIChronicles 7:14, maybe, just maybe, if we all soberly join in prayer, truth and justice will be served - FINALLY AND BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE.
Coffee, anyone? As in "WAKE UP and smell the......."

The [alleged] birth certificate that Lucas Smith had was proven to be fake a long time ago, epicure. I didn't go to the links but did Smith also mention offering the birth certificate for sale on Ebay?

Spalladino, there was no ruling made as to the legitimacy of the birth certificate as the case was tabled and derailed by Obama's Robert Bauer law clerk and Carter's acquiescence. It was never heard on the merits, due to whatever intimidation occurred. You must understand the violation that occurred when a Perkins Coie law clerk was installed in Carter's court.
Yes, Smith said that he tried offering it on Ebay in order to garner attention for the issue. I cannot assess his motives, but I can attest to the lies of a usurper, because, as I told you, my Swedish foreign exchange student's brother lives in Kenya and they all know, including Minister of Lands, etc. that he was born there.

Epicure35, are you aware of how redundant and psychotic you coffee partiers and tea partiers focusing on Obama's birth certificate are becomimg? This is a major requirement for president of the US. Why was this issue not cleared before the man was declared candidate for president?
I know how to settle this issue. For 50 million US dollars, I will show you how to get this Obama birth certificate issue settled!

gewcew, a certificate of live birth which has been shown is NOT a birth certificate and can be purchased by anyone born anywhere on earth. Obama's half sister, born in Indonesia, has purchased one.
Have you not heard that Timothy Adams, former senior elections official in HI, has come out months ago with the fact that there never was a HI birth certificate for Obama?
Besides, that's just the smokescreen to distract from the threshhold test of his father's never being a US citizen, so he'll never be "natural-born" or eligible for the office he has ururped, because the bloodline is traced through the father.

You can repeat it all you like, but the simple fact is that any person born on US soil and subject to its laws is a natural born American citizen, regardless of whether both, one, or neither parent is a citizen.
Even if you were to show that President Obama was born outside the US, the fact that his mother is a US citizen would mean that he is a natural born citizen. This is why McCain's being born in Panama didn't exclude him from running for President. The notion that the father's bloodline takes precedence over the mother's is absurdly fantasy even for you.
