You can try Digital Journal, they want news writers from all around the round. They pay out via pay pal at $10.00 and I've got a payment from them on the first of the month, every month for the past 18 months. You could give my writing blog a quick look if you like. I've detailed a number of writing opportunities there which all pay by pay pal. The link is in my profile. You could also try a website called Homeworking Uk. They have an international site if you look for the link on the home page.
