I think - "I know this Stranger since Ages"

A few days back I saw a stranger. The first time I saw this person, I felt that I knew him since ages and he was not a stranger to me. But in reality we have never seen each other. I was surprised to have this realization and I was wondering how could this be? We have never met anywhere, we know nothing about each other but still I feel that I sort of know this stranger. Has anything similar happened with you? Please share your experiences or opine why someone feels this way?
