Put on ON or OFF ?

HELLO Friends, I don't like to sleep in darkness,so put a zero bulb in my room and solve this problem.But now i cannot sleep with out the light.Its not a serious problem but i cannot change it .Did any body have this type of problem? Do you think its a big problem in life ? Thanks... happy mylotting

I will turn off the light for sure when I go to sleep. First, I am not afraid of the darkness. Second, no need to waste the electricity and we shall do something good for the environment. Third, it is not healthy to sleep when the light is on. I love China

I don't think there is anything at all wrong with not being able to sleep in the dark. I, on the other hand have to have things as close to dark as possible to be able to sleep. I think that the sleep habits that we develop in our lives have a lot to do with the way that things are when we are children and my parents made us have a lights out time in our rooms when we were kids and that is the reason that now that I'm an adult I have to have the lights out.

Hello moon It is not at all any kind of problem, but just a matter of habit, i use mild light in my bedroom too, being diabetic i need to go to toilet for pee ay night, light is a must.. Thanks for sharing. Welcome always, cheers. Professor. .

I think this is just a matter of habit. The more you are accustomed to darkness the more appealing it will become. It will also work in vise versa. Now, you should choose which one is the most comfortable for you. Go with it. You will perhaps experience unpleasant feeling, but just stick to it. As for me, I prefer sleeping in darkness as it will not overheat my skin, and it makes me easy to concentrate in resting.
